These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services provided by Intelligent Agentricity Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), including TalkingBack.ai (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Do not misuse the Services, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the Services, or violating applicable laws.
Certain features may require payment via our payment processor (Stripe). By purchasing, you authorize us (and Stripe) to charge your selected payment method. Prices and features may change.
Subscription plans (e.g., OpenClaw Hosted) are billed monthly. Unless canceled, subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Certain subscription plans include a monthly allocation of credits (e.g., 200 credits/month with OpenClaw Hosted). One (1) credit equals $0.01 USD in underlying AI API cost. Included credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. When credits are exhausted, AI-powered features of your hosted agent may become unavailable until credits are replenished. Additional credit packs may be purchased separately; purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase.
Upon cancellation of a hosting subscription, your cloud container remains active until the end of the billing period. After the billing period ends, your container will be suspended. Container data (conversations, skills, configurations) will be retained for 30 days after suspension. After 30 days, container data will be permanently deleted.
See Refund Policy for details. Purchased credit packs are fully refundable if no credits have been used; once any credits from a pack have been used, the pack is non-refundable.
The Services and content are owned by Intelligent Agentricity Inc. or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

When using our managed hosting services, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in credit system abuse.
Certain features may be designated as "Beta" or "Early Access." Beta features are provided as-is, may contain bugs, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, uptime, or continuity of beta features. By using beta features, you acknowledge these limitations.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. For hosted services, we aim for reasonable uptime but provide no service level agreement (SLA). Hosted containers run on third-party infrastructure and may experience downtime due to provider maintenance or outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, any loss of data stored in hosted containers, costs incurred from third-party AI API usage, or service interruptions.
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
